CoCAD Refund Policy
This document is published in French and in English.
You buy from Paddle. Paddle is the seller. Refunds go through Paddle. CoCAD LLC licenses the Software and is not the checkout seller. Download Year means what the CoCAD EULA says.
What we grant
You have 14 days from the charge to change your mind. That covers the entry license ($79 if Paddle records the checkout as completed before 12:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time (UTC−6) on January 1, 2027, or $129 after) and any later Download Year ($29), which is a year of the latest downloads and Paid Site Access. Ask Paddle for a refund of that charge. You get that money back on the same payment method when Paddle approves it. Starting a download does not take away this 14-day CoCAD grant.
A Download Year is for an existing CoCAD license. If you buy one on an email that has no license, we refund it.
How to ask
Use the receipt or manage link in the Paddle email, or the link in the Paddle receipt. You can also write support@cocad.ai and we will point Paddle at the order. Use the email you paid with.
After a refund, chargeback, or cancel
A full refund or chargeback of the entry license ends that license, including any later Download Years bought for it; we refund those Download Years at the same time. A full refund of a later Download Year ends only that year. We cannot remotely turn off a copy already on your computer, but after a full refund or chargeback you no longer have a license for the versions that charge paid for, so delete them and any License File. A refund, chargeback, or cancel does not take away files you designed. If you refund a later Download Year that has not started yet, the Download Year you are in keeps running to its end.
If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, the license or Download Year it ended is restored; write support@cocad.ai and we will restore download access for the rest of that Download Year.
The launch price
The $79 launch price is only for checkouts completed before 12:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time (UTC−6) on January 1, 2027. A refunded launch-price purchase does not hold that price: if you buy again at or after that time, you pay $129.
After 14 days
That charge stays, except as the next two paragraphs say. The copy you already have keeps working. You do not have to pay again to keep using it.
If we failed you
If we never delivered a working download, or the Software is not what we described and we cannot fix it, ask anyway. We will tell Paddle to refund that charge even after 14 days.
Law that gives you more
If you are a Consumer, and the law of your country or U.S. state gives you a longer or stronger right than this page, you keep that right. Nothing here takes away a right the law will not let us take. Paddle's refund policy describes some country windows. You get the better of this 14-day CoCAD grant and that mandatory law.
What this is not
This is not a rental. Ending a Download Year is not a refund event. We do not refund unused days of a Download Year after the 14-day window. We do not refund a charge that looks like fraud or refund abuse. If you start a card dispute, talk to Paddle first. The public waitlist is free and is not a Download Year. CoCAD does not auto-renew.
