Buying
The CoCAD End User License Agreement and the Refund Policy apply to every purchase. When checkout opens, you choose to accept them in French or in English before you pay (Contrat de licence, Politique de remboursement).
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

What you get
- One product, for Windows. Personal and commercial use are both allowed. One license is for one named person (an organization names one person); their own AI assistants on their own devices are part of that seat.
- Pay once, and that copy keeps working. Versions you have downloaded keep working after a Download Year ends.
- The CoCAD installer for Windows.
- Your first Download Year, a year of the latest downloads, is included.
- A License File: the signed file that identifies your license and your Download Year. The app reads it on your computer to offer you updates; it never stops an installed copy.
- Support by email at support@cocad.ai.
- After that, it is $29 for each later Download Year, only if you want one.
- A Download Year is for an existing CoCAD license. If you buy one on an email that has no license, we refund it.
- Buy the license and any later Download Year as separate checkouts. Your first Download Year comes with the license.
- The $79 launch price applies only to the license purchase itself. It gives no discount on, and no right to, any later Download Year or any later purchase.
- No subscription and no auto-renew. Your copy keeps working: we cannot remotely turn off a copy you installed.
- Paddle is the merchant of record: you buy from Paddle, and Paddle handles checkout, tax or VAT, receipts and refunds.
- 14-day refund: ask Paddle within 14 days of the charge to change your mind. The refund policy has the details.
Getting your download
After you buy, write to support@cocad.ai from the email you paid with. During a Download Year we reply with a download link for the latest build. The link works once, for 24 hours. Asking for a new link cancels any older link you have not used. There is no CoCAD password and no account page.
